Screenshots indicate that WhatsApp users will soon have multiple ways to activate Meta AI, including a floating window on the home screen and a new microphone icon next to the text input field. For Android users, there will also be a visual cue—a green bubble at the top right corner—indicating when the microphone is actively listening.
Meta AI's capabilities on WhatsApp have recently expanded, including access to the powerful Llama 3.1 model, which boasts 405 billion parameters, and the ability to understand additional languages like Hindi.
