5 Plots, 4 Flats, Villa: ACB Raid On HMDA Engineer Exposes Rs 9.24 Crore Assets | Hyderabad
The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Chief Engineer B Ravinder after allegedly uncovering assets worth over ₹9.24 crore during raids. Searches were conducted at his residence, office and nine other locations linked to his relatives, associates and alleged benamidars. Officials recovered documents related to plots, flats, agricultural land, a villa and a G+4 building, along with ₹3.82 lakh in cash, bank deposits worth around ₹45 lakh, 1,440 grams of gold, about 12.5 kg of silver, vehicles and electronic gadgets. Ravinder was arrested and will be produced before a court. The ACB said the investigation is continuing to identify additional assets.
