CJP Releases Do's & Don'ts For 'Chalo Sansad' March As Sonam Wangchuk Continues Hunger Strike
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has issued guidelines for participants ahead of its proposed ‘Chalo Sansad’ march from Jantar Mantar to Parliament, urging protesters to maintain peace and discipline. The advisory asks participants to carry only the national flag, avoid political flags, raise positive slogans and follow non-violent methods. The organisers have also shared safety instructions, including carrying water, protecting themselves from heat and reporting any suspicious activity. Activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is admitted to Safdarjung Hospital, called the July 20 march a “second freedom movement” in a message shared by his wife. Meanwhile, Delhi Police has stepped up security near Parliament, citing concerns over an unauthorised march towards the high-security zone.
