Delhi Fast Track Court Directs Prosecutor Appointment, Adjourns NEET Accused Bail Pleas Till Aug 3

The first hearing in the NEET UG 2026 paper leak case before Delhi's newly constituted fast track court witnessed an unexpected twist after no CBI prosecutor appeared in court. The judge directed the Director of Prosecution to appoint a public prosecutor and adjourned the bail pleas of accused Dinesh Biwal and Vikas Biwal to August 3. The CBI has alleged a multi-crore paper leak network involving 13 accused, recovery of the leaked question paper, and its sale to candidates for lakhs of rupees.
