Delhi May Soon Get Its Own London Eye As DDA Revives Giant Observation Wheel Project

Delhi could soon have its own iconic observation wheel with the proposed Delhi Eye project in Mayur Vihar. Planned by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the 35-metre-tall attraction aims to become a major tourism and recreational landmark in East Delhi. The project will be developed through a public-private partnership, with private firms invited to build, operate and maintain the facility while the land remains with the DDA. If completed, the Delhi Eye could offer panoramic views of the capital and transform Mayur Vihar into a new tourism hotspot.
