Jharkhand Students Display Mark Sheets, Allege Irregularities In JPSC-JSSC Evaluation

Students protesting in Ranchi over the JPSC-JSSC examination row showed their mark sheets to highlight what they described as irregularities in evaluation and recruitment. One candidate claimed he secured marks above the cut-off for certain posts but was not selected, alleging authorities failed to explain the decision despite RTI applications and a High Court order seeking transparency. Another protester alleged answer sheets were evaluated by ineligible examiners, citing statements made before the High Court. Protesters said their concerns extend beyond paper leaks to the entire recruitment process, demanding transparency, accountability and fair evaluation in Jharkhand's competitive examinations.
