The NTA has declared the NEET UG 2026 results, with over 11.21 lakh candidates qualifying for medical, dental, AYUSH and allied healthcare courses. The results come after the nationwide re-examination conducted following the NEET paper leak controversy. Women accounted for more than 58% of successful candidates, while 138 aspirants scored above 690 marks. Over 20 lakh students appeared for the exam, which was conducted under unprecedented security arrangements involving CCTV surveillance, signal jammers and nearly 7 lakh personnel. Watch
