'Visit Ram Temple, Do Penance': Yogi Adityanath Attacks Akhilesh Yadav Amid Donation Row | Ayodhya

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp attack on Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav amid the alleged Ayodhya donation embezzlement row. Addressing a public gathering in Hathras, Adityanath criticised Akhilesh's remarks on developing Ayodhya as a religious city, accusing the previous Samajwadi Party government of firing on Ram devotees and neglecting the state's religious heritage. He also alleged that funds earlier used for kabristan boundary walls were redirected by his government for temple development and beautification. Adityanath said Ayodhya had been transformed by the devotion of Lord Ram's followers and advised Akhilesh Yadav to visit the Ram Temple and seek the blessings of Ram Lalla. The remarks come amid an ongoing political war of words over the Ayodhya donation controversy.
