Why Nayara Reduced Fuel Prices But PSU Oil Companies Didn't?

Private fuel retailer Nayara Energy has reduced petrol prices by ₹5 per litre and diesel by ₹3 per litre across its nationwide network, becoming the first company to cut retail fuel prices in over two years. The move follows a decline in international crude oil prices after easing tensions in West Asia. While Nayara customers benefit immediately, state-run oil companies have not announced any fuel price revision yet.
