A disturbing case of cyber harassment has surfaced in Patna, where a student preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) was allegedly targeted through a fake Instagram account. According to the complaint filed by her family, an unidentified individual created a fraudulent profile using the student's identity and allegedly shared edited photographs, manipulated videos, and objectionable posts online.
The incident has raised fresh concerns about cyberbullying, identity theft, and the misuse of social media platforms. Police have registered the complaint and initiated an investigation, while the family has also sought assistance from the cyber crime unit to trace the person responsible.

Family members alleged that someone misused her name and identity to create a fake Instagram account. The profile was reportedly used to upload morphed images, edited videos, and objectionable messages with the apparent intention of damaging her reputation.

Incident Reported to PoliceAfter discovering the fake account, the student's relatives submitted a written complaint at Kankarbagh Police Station
