After more than a decade of speculation, leaks, delays, and endless rumours, Grand Theft Auto VI finally has what fans have been waiting for: a launch date, a price, and a way to buy it.
Rockstar Games opened global pre-orders on June 25, with Indian listings now live on both PlayStation and Xbox storefronts. The game launches on November 19, 2026.
For Indian gamers, however, there's one major catch: GTA 6 is launching exclusively on current-generation consoles. No PC version has been announced, and older consoles are being left behind entirely.

Interestingly, Indian pricing is relatively aggressive. In the US, the game starts at $79.99, meaning Rockstar has avoided a direct currency conversion that would have pushed prices significantly higher.
Players who pre-order before November 20 will also receive a one-month GTA+ subscription and the Vintage Vice City Pack, which includes a classic Vapid Stanier sedan, an Ocean Beach garage, retro outfits, and cosmetic items inspired by Tommy Vercetti.
