Candidates applying for these posts must hold a full-time BE or B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline. Candidates are also required to possess the necessary work experience in the respective field.
Eligible Engineering Disciplines
Candidates holding a BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering are eligible to apply for the Deputy Manager (Electrical) post. For the Deputy Manager (Mechanical) post, a degree in Mechanical, Production, or Thermal Engineering (or a related subject) is required. Additionally, for the Control & Instrumentation (C&I) post, candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Instrumentation, Control & Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Salary Up to ₹2 Lakh
The Deputy Manager position at NTPC falls under the E4 grade. Selected candidates will receive an IDA pay scale ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000. In addition to the basic pay, benefits such as DA (Dearness Allowance), various allowances, medical facilities, and other perks will be provided in accordance with company rules.
