The four components of this security grid consist of the Union government, central agencies, central armed police forces (CAPFs) deployed at respective borders, state and UT administrations, and the fourth will be locals, the officials explained. This will be worked out and released before December for smart borders, which include anti-drone deployments, high resolution cameras, warning systems among others, the officials said.
