"Raghav Chadha Sir... say something about the NEET paper leak...!": Reporter confronts MP over silence
New Delhi: A tense face-off broke out between Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha, who recently quit the Aam Aadmi Party to join the專 Bharatiya Janata Party, and media reporters on Friday, June 19. A video capturing the confrontation has since gone viral on social media.
Chadha, who was previously known for being highly vocal on public issues, is now facing intense criticism for maintaining complete silence on major ongoing controversies.
"Have you lost your voice?"
Reporters intercepted Chadha to question him on the NEET UG-2026 examination paper leak crisis, an issue that has triggered nationwide outrage. However, Chadha's refusal to answer the questions and his sudden exit from the spot drew sharp reactions.
In the viral video, a reporter can be heard directly questioning his silence, saying sarcastically, "Raghav Sir... please say something about the paper leak... looking at your silence, it feels like you have completely lost your voice."
Visibly angered by the relentless questioning, Chadha refused to offer any comment on the issue. Instead, he sharply ordered the reporters to "turn off the camera now" before walking away.
The incident has now sparked a heated debate across social media platforms.
