Epstein Files Claim Bill Gates Had Sex With Russian Women and Caught STD, Gates Denies It

A fresh release of documents tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s files has drawn global attention with some sensational claims involving Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates. According to the recently disclosed material, the files allege that Gates had sexual encounters with “Russian girls” and ended up contracting a sexually transmitted disease (STD), later seeking antibiotics to give secretly to his then-wife, Melinda Gates.

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) released more than three million pages of Epstein-related documents, as part of ongoing transparency efforts connected to the Epstein Files Transparency Act. These include draft emails and notes attributed to Epstein from 2013, but none of the specific allegations have been independently verified.

What the Epstein Files Allegedly Say About Gates

The emails at the centre of the controversy appear to be draft messages that Epstein wrote, some in the voice of Boris Nikolic, who was an adviser to the Gates Foundation at the time. In them, he claimed that Gates slept with “Russian girls,” contracted an STD from those encounters, and requested antibiotics that could be given to his then-wife without her knowledge. Epstein also claimed that Gates asked him to delete emails related to the alleged incident.

In the same set of documents, Epstein expressed frustration that Gates had ended their association after several years, accusing him of behaviour he described as “morally inappropriate” and “ethically unsound.” No evidence backing these statements has been found outside of Epstein’s own draft documents.

Bill Gates Calls the Claims False

Bill Gates’ representatives responded to the allegations following the release of the Epstein files. A spokesperson issued a strong denial, saying:

“These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false. The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein’s frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame.”
Gates has previously acknowledged having met Epstein in the past but has consistently dismissed any improper conduct or close personal relationship beyond limited interactions, and has said that associating with Epstein was a mistake.

Photos and Context in the Document Dump

The newly released DOJ files include previously unseen photographs showing Gates with Epstein in various locations, but faces in the images have been blacked out to protect identities. Authorities have clearly stated that just because a person’s name or image appears in the files does not imply wrongdoing or involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities.

These files are part of a massive trove of material that the DOJ released under federal transparency requirements, which also contain videos, images, and other communications tied to Epstein’s investigation.

Gates’ Relationship With Epstein and Public Scrutiny

Bill and Melinda Gates were married from 1994 to 2021, and Melinda has said in the past that Gates’ ties to Epstein were among the personal issues that affected their marriage, though she did not provide full details. Gates’ spokesperson has continued to reject the STD and Russian women claims entirely as unsubstantiated and false.

The controversy highlights how unverified material in large legal document releases can lead to widespread media attention, but experts and legal analysts caution that draft emails or notes in extensive file dumps should not be taken as verified facts in the absence of corroborating evidence.
