Clavicular responds after Alexandria Ocasio Cortez shares concerns about looksmaxxing

The latest conversation began after TMZ asked Alexandria Ocasio Cortez about the growing looksmaxxing trend and its influence on young men.

While she said she was not trying to attack Clavicular personally, she expressed concern about the message the trend could send to younger audiences.

She said the discussion should focus on why so many young men feel pressure to change their appearance.

Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has built a large online following by posting content about fitness, grooming, fashion and facial appearance.

His videos often encourage people to improve their looks through lifestyle changes, although some parts of the wider looksmaxxing community have also been criticized for promoting unhealthy ideas.

The debate grew after Clavicular introduced what he called “geomaxxing.” In a post on X, he wrote, “My new strategy is going to be Geomaxing. The United States is far too brutal of a dating market to compete in, so im going to geomax to countries with poor economies to mog people.”

His comment quickly sparked mixed reactions, with some people calling it a joke and others questioning the idea behind it.
