Wrestler Sakshee Malikkh shared a statement on Twitter affirming that the protesting wrestlers will travel to Haridwar and perform the ceremonial act of immersing their medals in the Ganga river at 6 PM. Her statement expressed the significance of these medals in their lives, emphasizing that their decision symbolizes their commitment to the cause.

Indefinite hunger strike at India Gate

After immersing their medals, the wrestlers plan to stage an indefinite hunger strike until death at India Gate.
