TVS Motor To Launch TVS Paddock In FY27: What Customers Can Expect
What exactly is TVS Paddock ?
The TVS Paddock is an initiative by TVS to provide its customers with a premium experience unlike conventional retail dealerships. The centre allowed customers to explore TVS’s motorcycle range, customize them, interact with the riding community, purchase merchandise and receive specialised after-sales support. TVS aims at building a retail ecosystem all around digital-first retail journeys and service support to enhance user feedback.
Key features the customers can expect
1.Dedicated consultation and customization zone
Customers will be assisted by dedicated consultants to discuss about all the accessories according to their preferences and needs. Built-to-order features will also be available to the customers which will increase the user engagement and allow customization and personalization of the vehicle.
2.Premium Community Spaces
TVS also looks forward to expand their riding community as more and more people are inclining towards the riding culture in India. TVS intends to give a competitive edge to other motorcycle brands such as Royal Enfield who have already established a strong nexus in the riding community.
3.Merchandise and Accessories Experience
The range of TVS merchandise earlier available only on the TVS Connect App will now be available on the Paddock for users to experience and buy. The company also aims at releasing a range of premium riding gears and several other accessories other than the traditional helmet and vehicle protectors.
4.Digital-First Retail Journey
TVS intends to switch from the conventional buying process to an entirely digital process of buying motorcycles along with an immersive real-time experience at their centres which they call the TVS Paddock.
5.Specialized Service Facilities
TVS also aims at upgrading its service infrastructure and provide a dedicated service infrastructure and ownership support tailored exclusively for high end consumers.
6.Design and Brand Experience
In order to provide a premium experience to its consumers TVS has partnered with Checkland Kindleysides, a London based retail design firm to create the showroom concept. The philosophy of the design revolves around providing an immersive experience along with premium hospitality.
Overall, the TVS Paddock is expected to be TVS’s biggest leap forward in enhancing the user experience and the retail infrastructure of the company. The Paddock is also expected to give the company a significant appraisal in the sales of the premium and high-end motorcycle range including the Apache 310 series, TVS Ronin , premium scooters, future EVs and several products from Norton Motors. This step is more of an enthusiast-oriented measure which is a necessity for the brand to grow and give a competitive edge to other well established motor cycle brands such as Royal Enfield.
Although the company has already launched the TVS Paddock, the first outlets are expected to be seen somewhere in the second quarter of the financial year 2027 (Q2 FY2027).
