Citroen Basalt X Launched in India at ₹7.95 Lakh; Takes on Creta, Seltos and Vitara
Citroen India has expanded its SUV lineup with the launch of the new Basalt X, starting at ₹7.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned in the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment, the Basalt X will go head-to-head with popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Grand Vitara.

The Citroen Basalt X is powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 108 bhp and 190 Nm of torque. With the 6-speed torque converter automatic, torque goes up to 205 Nm.
