Lalbaug Comes Alive
In central Mumbai, the iconic Lalbaug witnessed immense crowds as famous idols like Tejukaya, Ganesh Gully, and Lalbaugcha Raja began their final journeys. At Shroff Building, the beloved "Pushpvrishti" or flower shower drew breathtaking scenes, while devotees danced to the beats of dhol-tasha through the night.Security Scare Amid Celebrations
On Friday, Mumbai Police tightened security after receiving a bomb threat claiming explosives were planted in vehicles across the city. The caller, later identified as a Noida-based astrologer, was arrested within hours. The scare, however, did little to deter the spirit of visarjan.Celebrations Beyond Mumbai
