AIIMS INI CET 2025 registration ends today: Know how to apply online, required documents and other details

The AIIMS INI CET 2025 registration for the November session closes today, October 21, 2025. This examination is a gateway for postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, MDS, DM, and MCh at AIIMS and other participating institutes. With thousands of candidates vying for limited seats, timely registration is critical to avoid missing the opportunity. The application process is entirely online, and candidates must complete all steps, including document uploads and fee payment, before the deadline.
How to apply for INI CET 2025Eligible candidates can apply for AIIMS INI CET exam by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the official website: aiimsexams.ac.in

Step 2: Create a new registration account by providing:

• Name
  
• Date of birth
  
• Gender
  
• Nationality
  
• Email ID
  
• Mobile number

Step 3: Receive Registration ID and password via email

Step 4: Generate the Exam Unique Code (EUC), mandatory for final submission

Step 5: Fill in the application form with:

• Academic details
  
• Preferred exam centers
  
• Required document uploads

Step 6: Pay the application fee online:

• ₹4,000 for General/EWS/OBC candidates
  
• ₹3,200 for SC/ST/PwD candidates
  
• Payment methods: net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI

Documents required for successful registrationCandidates must upload several documents in the prescribed formats to complete the registration. These include

• A passport-sized photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, 50–100 KB)
  
• Signature (20–100 KB)
  
• Left thumb impression (20–100 KB, 200 DPI).

Additionally, candidates from OBC (NCL) categories must upload a valid certificate issued between April 1, 2025, and October 21, 2025. PwD candidates with benchmark disabilities of 40% or more must provide a disability certificate.

Sponsored candidates should have a sponsorship certificate ready. Educational qualification certificates are not required at the registration stage but will be verified during admission. Proper formatting and clarity of these documents are important to avoid rejection.

The INI CET 2025 admit card will be released on November 1, 2025, while the examination is scheduled for November 9, 2025. A correction window for application details is available from October 24 to 26, 2025.
