According to the police, the actress was staying with her parents and sister in the Nalasopara area of Mumbai. Sanchita was alone at the time of the incident. The situation and incidents around her death are still unclear.


“IANS shared a post on its X (previously Twitter) handle and informed the passing of Sanchita. The post read, "Actress Sanchita Ugale, 22, was found dead at her residence in Nalasopara East, Maharashtra, in an alleged suicide case. According to Achole Police, she was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her bedroom on June 14. She was rushed to a hospital, where doctors declared her dead. An Accidental Death Report (ADR) has been registered, and police are investigating the circumstances behind the incident."
