Why Are So Many Trains Cancelled in July?

Indian Railways is carrying out essential engineering work to improve rail infrastructure. Between July 5 and July 11, pre-interlocking and non-interlocking operations will be conducted for the commissioning of a 5-km third rail line between Gonda and Gonda Kachari in Uttar Pradesh.
