- Non-Fulfillment of Inventory: The trader alleged that despite making advance payments, the company failed to deliver the agreed-upon seasonal inventory, leaving the store without adequate stock.
- Unfulfilled Appearance Commitments: The complaint stated that company officials had promised an official store inauguration or promotional appearance by Salman Khan or the brand's ambassadors to boost footfall. However, the promised appearance was allegedly never fulfilled.
- Closure of Supply Warehouse: The trader further claimed that the brand's regional supply warehouse was shut down without prior notice, severely disrupting business operations and causing significant financial losses.

Previously, when initial police complaints were registered regarding franchisee disputes, representatives from Style Quotient Jewellery Pvt Ltd and the Being Human Foundation clarified that Salman Khan has no direct involvement in the day-to-day commercial operations, inventory supply, or franchisee management of the retail brand.
