Upliance.ai has launched the Upliance 2.O, its next-generation kitchen appliance designed to help with Indian and global cooking. Building on its previous model, the new device is 40% faster and can reach temperatures of up to 160-degree. The Upliance 2.O features new capabilities such as low-oil and high-protein recipe modes, as well as an auto-cleaning function. It features a built-in weighing scale with macro-tracking to provide nutritional information, as well as a glass lid with a virtual flame indicator. The device also features an upgraded motor for chopping and stirring, and allows for remote cooking control via a mobile app. Once synced, recipes can be used offline. The appliance comes with over 750 guided recipes and offers smart customisations, including options for high-fibre, kid-friendly, and Jain meals.
