Volvo is gearing up to expand its electric vehicle portfolio in India with the anticipated arrival of the Volvo EX90 . Unveiled globally in 2022, the flagship electric SUV is expected to make its Indian debut by the end of this year. Following the launch of the EX30, the EX90 will strengthen the brand's premium EV lineup by offering luxury, advanced safety technologies and impressive electric performance.

At the front, it sports Volvo's signature T-shaped LED headlamps along with horizontally placed pixel-style LED daytime running lights. A sealed body-coloured grille with the Volvo emblem reinforces its electric identity, while the lower bumper houses neatly integrated air intakes.
From the side, the SUV gets large 20-inch alloy wheels and flush styling elements that enhance its aerodynamic appeal. The rear section features distinctive C-shaped LED tail lamps, vertical light strips extending onto the rear windscreen and a subtle roof spoiler that adds to its premium character.

Buyers seeking stronger performance can opt for the 106 kWh battery pack combined with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. This version delivers 456 hp and 670 Nm of torque while offering a claimed driving range of 608 km. It completes the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in just 5.3 seconds.
For enthusiasts, Volvo also offers a high-performance variant using the same 106 kWh battery. Producing an impressive 680 hp and 870 Nm of torque, this version can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4 seconds, while still delivering a claimed range of up to 602 km.
